It's one of the designs that appeared in the (now discontinued) Best of TW Fantasy Collection vol 1.

I was using the original leaflet (with the hand-drawn chart) to double check some backstitching instructions...and saw that this design was first published in 1990?!?! Guess it qualifies as an "Oldie".
