I'm avoiding the wool and getting out my Paisley Corner Madness in DMC - too darn hot for wool. Still, hope to see you all there!

Hey I actually even stitched on a TW last night too. I sent out names finally for the Exchange and decided on yet a third set of colors and a different bookmark to stitch. I even got the first like 20 stitches in before I decided to call it quits and go to bed.

I'll be taking a break from Wild Fairy Light by Who Knew to work on Fantasy Triptych. I'll also be trying to not get too excited that I won a Tradewinds kit on ebay yesterday.... I don't have time for another WIP at present.

OK I've decided that it would be fun to run a TW Celtic Bookmark Exchange. I have a forum over on the Rotation Stitchers BB here.

I'll be accepting Signups until June 15th, and the mailing date will be August 15th.

If you've never participated in an exchange feel free to ask questions. But basically a group of people choose some theme, everyone stitches a piece in that...

It is not sewn to the board but I wanted to put it in the frame. I lucked out as I bought this frame on a whim and hope it would fit perfectly and now ATTENTION!!!

It's seems I had bought the magazine this came out of twice and I had saved this chart in a binder. the first person who pms me with snail mail can have it for free!

So I decided to bring to Ukraine with me: Stroke of Midnight (which I'd been working on for the past few years), Egyptian Sampler, Peacock Tapestry, The Enchanter, and Harvest Sampler. At home back in Tacoma, WA, I kitted up a few more projects to be sent to me, should the need arise.

I find I have a lot of free time in Ukraine. As a Teacher Trainer, my schedule is much less rigid than those teaching in the elementary schools or Universities. So I've had time to watch...

Hi everyone. Have read the really useful comments on this thread, as I am a stitcher of 30 years who has never successfully used any sort of frame or stand. I always just roll the fabric up so I can reach it better! I then do often have to rinse it out as no matter how clean one's hands there is always some mark or other on it, but I have now got a bit of shoulder pain and am considering buying something. My latest project also had a lot of half cross stitch, and the fabric has distorted...

My best friend (ok, so one of them, I have a bunch and they are mostly stitchers- waves to Shannon!) just bought a hous eand wants a new stitchery for her place (long story short- her Ex let my Ex move in his basement, and she doesn't want the Dragon Dreams Gryphon Banner with her Ex's name on it any more- don't blame her!!)

Anyway- she wants something like the Gryphon banner but with frogs- has anyone seen a pattern for a frog that is about 2 to 3 or so inches tall that...
