No machines were used in creating this piece. It's called Crescendo and is a challenge quilt for the state fair's Making Music contest.
I discovered that I enjoy hand piecing. I do need to get my seams more even though.

I have recently got into beading, from the Jill Oxton magazines. I am having trouble at the moment finding a decent storage system for the beads I want to use. I first found these tiny little indivual containers which I liked as when I was using that colour I could tip the beads into the lid and it made them easier to get at. Now, for teh life of me I can't get any containers the same. What does everyone else use?
