Unfortunately as I am unable to respond on the News thread, I felt I had to create a new one here.

Teresa I just wanted to say that I am very sad to see that you will no longer be designing.
Your work has been a source of inspiration, motivation and delight to me, for all my years of cross stitching. You create designs that are beautiful, colourful, detailed and unique... so different from the types of designs we see...

Teresa, I did not keep up with your progress on this design via your blog and now that your blog is not available I can't find the status of this design. I looked on your released design list and did not see it there. Has it been released and I missed it or is it still a design in progress? Thanks in advance for the update.

Hello Teresa, what is the possibility that You Were Hatched will become available for sale on PatternsOnline?
I have the original Fantasy Faire chart myself, but I have several friends who've expressed a desire to stitch it.

Needle Guardian

I just purchased the chart for "Needle Guardian" and I have a couple of questions.
1) For the metallic diamonds on his chest and tummy, is that done in backstitch or long stitches?
2) In the knotwork areas, every time the "ropes" change, there are two opposing quarter stitches. Wouldn't it be smoother to use a half stitch that is "between" the two full crosses?

Hi Teresa! I am working on Unicorn and I realized that in the chart there are a couple of blank squares on the trunk of the tree that's right behind the unicorn. I was wondering if they were meant to be left like that or if it is a printing mistake. Thanks!

Rocking Horse Art Prints

A question came up about borders for your Rocking Horses, and I recalled something from an old JCS. After pawing through my collection it was an art print promotion in Dec 1993. I'm wondering if you did the art prints yourself? Now I'm betting since it was a promotion that it would now be impossible to get any copies, but is there any way to see the borders more clearly should someone feel inspired to try to translate them into stitching? The little tiny picture...

TW: Do you have 4 "Best of" books out or 3? I thought I saw "Best of TW Fantasy-Book 2" on 123 Stitch website. I have all your books but if this is a second "Best of Fantasy Designs" then I MUST have it. I think I have almost all your patterns except one more that I want. I think? it's called "The Conjuror" ? It's a young man sitting in front of a crystal ball. I think that one is in this book #2. Unless I'm imaging it all.

Sewing Seeds...Love question

On the picture of this design, it looks like there are yellow (stitches? beads?) at the "crossover" points of the twined blue strips at both sides. There is nothing similar on the chart. Is this just a misprint/oversight, or was this a change between model stitching and charting?

Fruit Bellpull symbol mistake?

On the Fruit Bellpull, Apples, there are two symbols that both call for the DMC color 503. These symbols are adjacent to each other in two different places. Is this a typo?

Teresa, I didn't start stitching until the tail end of 2004, so I'm relatively new to it, and while I have several of your projects as WIP's, I must admit that they I may not get my first HD for quite some time. I love stitching your designs, though! I keep hearing chatter about color shifts that occurred in the '90's, and again I think in 2001, perhaps, and how they have affected your designs and how they turn out. Is there a resource for accomodating the color changes in...

Millenium leisure arts kit

Hi Teresa, A while back I bought the Leisure arts kit for Millenium. Unfortunately I never opened the kit till a few days ago when my grandson said he wants me to do this chart. Unfortunately the kit contains everything except the chart. Do you think that if I wrote Leisure Arts they would be able to get this chart to me????

On a more positive note I am getting close to finishing the Dragon Rider piece I started last year, its so awesome.....Lynn

Miniature Samplers

I recently purchased your Miniature Winter and Autumn Samplers. I assume you plan to do Spring and Summer sometime in the future, but just want to be sure. If they are" in the works", I plan to wait and stitch all four as one large piece. They are just lovely!!

symbol question for english garden sampler

in the fountain scene there are alot of purple and grays. there is a symbol missing that looks like this ~ only there is another crooked line on top of it. well there is no color assigned to it that i have been able to find. Any help you can give me will be well appreciated.

color conversions for dragons

I love your designs! I really want to do Stretch in red and am having trouble doing the conversion myself. Have you ever done a dragon in red that I could use to convert Stretch? I've hunted through the Boards and all the color conversions are really scattered. Is there something in particular I should 'search' for to find the different conversions?
