Stay tuned, Vicki! I'll get a picture up within a few days. I'm sure the others will, too, when they read this.

Vickie, that's a great idea! Let's all post current pictures of our Ladies. Maybe that will help inspire us.

She is one of the pieces I look back on fondly. She really did get into my blood. If I remember right, it took me around 2 months to finish her. DMiL
kitted her up for Christmas the year I stitched her, and I think I finished her right around Valentine's day.

2 months! *faint* *Glares indignantly at LoS and inquires sternly, "Are you an imposter, missy?" :
My most current WIP pic is in my TW album, in the signature, there. I was just contemplating which TW to take up next, LoS or Rapunzel, and it really *should* be LoS... |

mao you guys are so funny.... but only cos I also have made no
progress whatsoever. Maybe we should set up some kind of LoS support group for all those poor unfinished ladies!

I've just received the leaflet this morning. It's hard to find, but I've been lucky.
May be I will begin her after I finish my Arch... if I can resist so long.

I really need to get working on the Lady too - she's been languishing at the bottom of my WIP basket for what seems like forever (well since 2003
actually!!!) - can I join the pledge too? I will pull her out of the basket every Monday and even if I only manage a couple of stitches it will seem worth it.
It will, won't it?

Hello ladies, mind if I join in?
I am currently working on my LoS after having her in my WIP basket since 2005 - and I would love to finish her this year! That might not happen, as with all the confetti stitching I occasionally have to put her aside to work on some easier piece, but I will do my best :-)

Though I am just a cheerleader here, having finished her some time ago, I say, the more the merrier. Welcome. Maybe one more can motivate some work getting
done on the other ladies.

Trissie, welcome! So many of us have The Lady in our WIP baskets and are finding it hard to work on her. Maybe you can spur us to bring her out and work on
her.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
I plan to take a pic of Lady in progress, but I don“t want to take her off the hoop before I am done with the section I am working on currently. But I am getting there :-) When is the Lady stitch-along?

I don't know that there is an official SAL, but there is an informal TW SAL every Monday. I haven't managed that in the past couple of weeks (I
have a dragon I am working on), but if someone remembers to post a thread in the general section, we post progress reports there.

I've been going through the longest, driest Stitching Slump I've ever gone through! Slowly, I've been picking up my needle and doing small projects
such as bookmarks and towels. I'm now at the stage where I'm thinking about dragging out all of my WIPs/UFOs and organizing them. Maybe this will spur
me on to finishing The Lady. Wish me luck.

Good luck, Petra!
I put her aside last week - I have worked on her since January and the entire left half (with the exception of a bit of upper boarder) is done, but I am tired of all that confetti 1/4 stitches so I picked up a Dimensions chart and am working on a solid block of half stitches for a change - it sure goes quickly compared to a TW! I plan to return to LoS on October 1, though.

Ok, in my defense, I got a new job and moved across three states, so I haven't been doing much stitching, period. I really should pull my imposter out for
TWOct...
