For those of you that have stitched Companions after the DMC colour changes. Have you kept the colours the same or have you substituted any? I'm finding
that the white/ecru blend in the trees is to strong against the grey. I think I'll change the ecru to something a bit lighter but I was interested in yur
input.

I have it as a WiP/UFO...not gotten to the trees yet, so I'll look at it and see what I think. I don't recall which colors I pulled, old or new range,
since it's been a while!

Here is mine
I stitched it a few years ago, so I'm pretty sure I used new floss. Didn't notice anything odd with the snow but that might have been me. I could scan the real thing and give you a close up of some snow on a tree if you want... Melanie |

There is a subtle difference in the shading of the snow on the trees, were as mine is a very distinctive ecru to grey. I think I'll hit Michaels and take a
look at the colour card, find a softer ecru shade.
