I've now reached the 50 hour mark -- and have actually stitched quite a bit more since this pic -- page 3 is completely finished and page 2 only has about 150 stitches of blue left....

Kathy, your Abbey is looking wonderful. I love the sky and the colors of the building are great. You must be happy to have reached the building, the sky is beautiful but it seems to take forever.
Eva, your RMC is coming along great. I love this design too and you are doing a wonderful job. I am almost done with the cross stitching on Rose Bower Cottage which is very exciting. Unfortunately I can't post a picture because my other computer is broken and the card reader is not compatible with this one. Pascale

 Pascale -- thanks! It *was* a relief to finally reach the house. The sky looks so nice, but it gets rather boring after a few threads of the same color - 3841. I was thinking about saving that for when the confetti stitching was getting to me, but want to complete the top 3 pages before moving to pages 4-6.... ~*Kathy*~

Here we are at 110 hours
1065 stitches this 10 hour session 13,566 total stitches to date  I am having a hard time putting this one down, but I need to do a wedding pillow and some other obligation pieces, so RMC will be put away for awhile. Eva |

I am very happy to be able to report a major HD! My Rose Bower Cottage is finally finished and framed! The framer did an immaculate job on it, I am very pleased with the result!  Now I am busy stitching the 2 rose designs that go with it. Of course I will share pictures when they are done also. Thanks for looking and have a great weekend everyone! Pascale

Hello everyone,
how are your Marty Bells coming along? It has been very quiet here lately. I have some exciting news about Rose Bower Cottage. I actually stitched it as a kind of 2-person Round Robin with my cross stitch friend Larry from Maine, USA. We both stitched half, then swapped and stitched the second half. And we did the same with the roses that go with it. We matted and framed both our RBCs identically too. Well, this weekend Larry entered RBC in the Franklin County Fair, and it won "Best in Show"!!
