I started a poem years ago with the image of a pegasus being chased by a large black cat out of a forest area into a beautiful clearing with a star and moonlit
night sky. The cat was very close to the pegasus as the pegasus kicked off to take flight. There are magical sparks where the pegasus kicks off and the cat
is naturally ferocious. I have always been attracted to the mystical creatures and I never was able to finish the poem as the words left me. My wish was to
have someone paint or draw the poem once it was written. Just an idea. Thanks.
